用法上有区别
在否定句和疑问句中要用anything,而不用everything.例如，
Can you tell me anything about your family?你能告诉我任何关于你家的事吗？
意思上的区别是
anything多用于否定、疑问和条件句中，也可用在肯定句中。例如：
We cannot dicide anything now.我们现在什么也决定不了。
Has anything special happened?发生了什么特殊的事吗
You can take anything you like. 你可以拿任何你喜欢的东西。
everything和anything
everything多用于肯定，而anything多用于否定和疑问语气。
anything
1)任何事情/东西，可以用在肯定句/否定句/疑问句中。
如:You can take anything you like. Do you have anything to say? There is not anything you like here.
2)意思为“something” 的疑问/否定形式。
如：--Is there anything in the box？--No nothing.He has not anything to do today.
everything
所有的事情/东西，如：Everything here is all right.
另外：not anything=nothing;而not everything并非/不是所有的东西/事情
